These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website wayfaudio.com (the "Site") and any software products offered on it (the "Products"), operated by WAYF Audio ("WAYF", "we", "us"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & purchases

Products are digital audio software (plugins) delivered by download. Prices are shown on the relevant product page. Payment is processed by our payment providers; where a merchant-of-record provider (such as Paddle) is used, that provider is the seller of record for your transaction and their checkout terms also apply. Charges appear on your bank or card statement as “Paddle” / “PADDLE.NET”. After successful payment you will receive a download link and, where applicable, a license key by email.

2. Software license

Upon purchase, WAYF grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Product on up to three (3) computers owned and used by you. The Product is licensed, not sold.

• You may use the Product in personal and commercial music productions without restriction or attribution.
• You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, share or redistribute the Product, license keys or download links.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Product, except where permitted by law.
• Demo versions may be used free of charge for evaluation only.

3. Updates & support

Minor updates (bug fixes and improvements within the same major version) are included free of charge. Support is provided by email at support@wayfaudio.com. We aim to respond within two business days.

4. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 3-day money-back guarantee as described in the Refund Policy.

5. Accounts & mailing list

Creating an account or joining our mailing list is optional. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each message.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the Products — including software, presets, graphics, logos and audio demos — is the property of WAYF and protected by applicable copyright laws. The WAYF name and logo may not be used without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free or compatible with every system configuration. Always test the demo version where available before purchasing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAYF's total liability arising from or related to a Product or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. WAYF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profits.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
